“Aikido without limits” at the Enbu 18.04.2012
Siberian Aikido Festival in Novosibirsk, Russia 14-15.04.2012
This event took place in Novosibirsk Exposition Centre “Siberian Fair”. Children part of the festival was led by instructors of Siberian Aikido clubs and your humble servant as Yoshinkan Aikido instructor of Shosetsu Kan Dojo on the 14th of April.
Adult classes was led by Andrey Podoynikov Sensei on the 15th of April. (more…)

Jim Dawes about Novosibirsk seminar under the guidance of Ando Tsuneo Shihan
Ando Sensei recently returned from 6 days in Novosibirsk, Russia. Andrey Podoynikov Sensei and the Shosetsukan Dojo hosted him for 4 days of training. About 140 kids and adults attended the weekend seminar. There were students from Irkutsk city, Moscow city, Naberezhnie Chelni city, and Krasnodar city. (more…)
Shosetsu Kan Enbu on the 5th of March 2012
On the 5th of March the instructor staff of Shosetsu Kan Dojo was invited for the enbu on the central square of Novosibirsk – Lenin Square. The enbu was dedicated to the previous elections, the winner of the elections Vladimir V. Putin and future Women Day – the 8th of March. The enbu participators were:
- Andrey Podoynikov – Shosetsu Kan president, 5 dan
- Yuriy Poletaev – Shosetsu Kan senior instructor, 3 dan
- Vitaliy Podobaev – Shosetsu Kan senior instructor, 3 dan
- Dmitriy Volkov – Shosetsu Kan instructor, 1 kyu
- Tanya Balykina – Shosetsu Kan instructor, 2 kyu.

We would like to announce that there will be the Yoshinkan Aikido seminar under the guidance of Shioda Yasuhisa Kancho in Novosibirsk, Russia from the 11th of November to the 14th of November.
In the context of the seminar the 5th Siberian Aikido Festival will take place managed by four Aikido Federations of Novosibirsk:

Shosetsu Kan enbu 20.08.2011
There were the enbu of Shosetsu Kan Dojo (Novosibirsk), honored to Russian Flag Day on one of beaches of Akademgorodok. The weather was cold enouth, the day was rainy. Because of that the sand we performed on was wet and cold, and this was the great experience for us to apply our Yoshinkan technique!
One of the MC’s decided to try Yoshinkan on hisself and was dropped to the sand by Olga Bazanova – our “Aikido without limits” group member. It was very funny.
