The Gasshuku wasn’t long enouth, but very hard. The leader of training process was Andrey Podoynikov Sensei, and he decided to lead four trainings per day, separated by themes.

The first training of each day started at 7:30 am and consisted of Taiso, jogging to the Obskoe lake shore and making some Joga exercises there, and swimming in the lake.

The second training took place after breakfast and its main theme was Kihon. The training consisted of Kihon dosa, points of Ukemi waza on the grass, and the main points of Kihon waza.

The third training took place after lunch and was devoted to Buki waza, where Andrey Sensei showed us some Ken suburi, Kumitachi, Jo suburi and Kumijo in details.

The last training of each day was devoted to Goshin waza.

During two training days we fulfilled the complete set of eight trainings of different main themes.

That was very useful and very interesting experience!
